Questionnaires are provided to field in English by Research. agency There are skilled translators to do the translation in different languages. Arabic translators are based in UAE and we use translators based in India and Pakistan for different Indian languages and for Urdu. This exercise gives us the proper meaning of the questions which is understandable to different language speaking respondents.

These are prepared by the EIC/Team Leader with utmost caution as these are very vital aiding materials. Questionnaires are printed within office premises with the use of high quality printing machines. Most often the stimulus materials are being shared by the research agencies itself.

This is done by EIC himself/herself to ensure uniform instructions to the entire team and to Team Leaders. Each and every question is discussed with proper examples. After the questionnaire briefing the team needs to go through Mock Calls to ensure their understanding of the tools.

There are norms as to how many interviews one interviewer can or should do in a day. EIC/Team Leader distributes the quota to each and every interviewer with specified sampled area mentioned in that. Reporting and Questionnaire submission date and time also conveyed to the team at the same time.

Each interviewer must submit initial two interviews and collect feedback from the TL / EIC. This is a must. If needed then there will be a debriefing session as well.

Interviewer must be accompanied by TL / EIC during actual fieldwork at least once to ensure that the team is following the instructions.

25% of work done by each interviewer must be back checked over the telephone by the TL with specified questions to ensure the authenticity of the interview. No questionnaire is accepted without a proper contact number. 5% of TL’s back checking also re-checked by EIC to ensure that back checking rules is followed. Number of back checking can be more if situation demands.

After all those above mentioned steps are followed then questionnaires are submitted for Data Entry.
